He was shown to use other Rinnegan abilities. However, he was able to absorb Eight-Tails and Kurama chakra despite the seal placed on Killer Bee and Naruto.

I don't recall the seal needing to be broken to extract bijuu, at least from seeing the akatsuki or madara.

I mean the Gokage seal seems pretty weak IMO.

Anyway, I'm just speculating here, but my guess is he can bypass Sealing Jutsu to absorb chakra or person.

Well, it could be weaker than what it was in the movie, since kinshiki got skinned when he broke out of it. Still, kurotsuchi seemed surprised when momo pulled kin out of it.

At least in obito's case, it's implied he could use the six path jutsu(according to kakashi at least). It did appear that sasuke used BT when he pulled the bijuu from the shinju stump to VOTE, that's probably not it though. The color of the rinnegan is irrelevant.

It functions like BT, he even did that hand thing pain/nagato do.

Didnt sasuke use universal pull against naruto in the final fight? Maybe the fact that sasuke is missing his dominant hand is the reason he hasn't used it or didn't use it in the movie..even though he's a beast he's still not fight at 100 percent with the loss of his left arm..

That was only in the anime, i don't think he ever showed. Well, maybe when he pulled the CT cores over but that could easily be sasuke manipulating them. That could easily be replaced by an asura path arm but sasuke can't use other six path jutsu for some reason/
