Uniting the Villages as One

I was just looking back at some old chapters and I foud this panel of Onoki giving Naruto a very important speech.

He's saying that he wants to unite all of the villages into one after the war is over, saying that it would put an end to all of the hatred in the shinobi world.

If that happens, then would be in charge? Will the five kage share leadership or would it just be one individual leader?

Onoki's speech is exactly what Obito was talking about, and something I've also heard in Assassins Creed 3. The people unite then what? Look around, how many are actually free? Free from debt, worry, pain, or hatred. That was my problem with the whole speech, he merely stated a course of action. How exactly will you free someone from pain or hatred? Something that they believe will make "understand each other" but how does that actually solve the problem of hatred in someone's heart? You can't stop someone from taking revenge especially if they are justified like sasuke. Basically, kishi is just pulling shit out of the ass. He keeps dodging the question that nagato & obito keep asking by beating around the bush. Lol nice kishi....
