I actually like that they changed his outfit from time to time..

Wearing the same outfit for 3 years or however long a series last is boring.. I know it's manga/anime but it shows that the creator is actually trying to give different visuals..

Ah fair enough then, I agree with 00rinne then, it's nice to see outfit changes for characters in a manga that spans many years, I wish they would of done the same with nardo, imo he was way behind in design until the last

Kishimoto is not good at designing clothes for his characters though, the only really good clothes in my opinion were the ones he was wearing in the Chino and Fuushin arc, and his clothes as an adult.
