Is Kamui a unique MS technique useable only through obitos eyes?

or can Other ms users develop it?

If it is unique there should be other Ms techniques unique to other Ms users.

See every Mangekyou sharingan has different technique cuz every Mangekyou sharingans are different although it is ain't no clear that what uniqueness is in every MS but Kamui and kakashi's are already shown. I hope we'll know more about it in future untill then look forward to it

yes kamui is unique to Obito's MS,, just like koto amatsukami is unique to shisui's eyes
