Undoing the reaper death seal?

ok so we all know that the fourth sealed half of the nine tails chakra (yin) with him and the other half (yang) in naruto. however he says permanently seal in the manga. if this is true then the 10 tails could never be fully revived, also naruto would be twice as powerful (with more tech) if he had the yin chakra. also madrara keeps hinting that only the first can beat him. since it is just a seal, undoing it it would bring back edo 1st and 2nd, old 3rd, the 4th, and the other half of the nine tails. (and some oro chakra from his hands). i think the only one who would know how to unseal the death seal it would be oro. after all, as a jutsu he never seen before and crippled him, + his goal of mastering ever jutsu might have made him "research it" and though experimentation, learned to undo the RDS? we'll what you think?

true it should also be noted that only his arms were sealed not his entire body but as i stated already if anyone could seal a soul it's an Uzumaki

where does it say that Minato was the first to learn it?, time line wise he's the first person shown using it

Minato was able to modify it so he didn't die after his soul was ripped out..like wise sarutobi with shadow clones. A Reverse-DDS would be something.

according to Oro, Tsunade has the ability to heal parts that even the death god has taken.

Unless someone is extremely skilled in Fūinjutsu to the level of the Uzumaki/minato or greater, I doubt they would create a jutsu that reverses RDS.
Only person who really has a shot is Oro because he goes to any lengths to test/study jutsu's. Even testing it on other shinobi's.

i would say the nine tails yin chakra should/would go with sasuke but hes op as it is also uhchia dont become hosts rather just cast genjutsu and control it that way. imo it would be intresting if hinita got the nine tails yin chakra, it would boost her bakugan (
spelled wrong ik) and would sort of fit the history, as in every hokage wife was nine tails host, if thats what happens. also thou if undone would it be undone on each as a whole or on each seal at a time? and would it restore bodies? and if so then as they were at time of sealing? (edo, old, and battle wounds) or edo like in nature? exe like madrara was an old f*** before he died but came back in the same age as he was in prime.

also if half of kurama is sealed perm then a full revival of the 10 tails is not possible, and madrara wanted full ten tails not the weakened one obito settled for. so maybe obito knows a way to at the very least, unseal kurama's yin chakra.

maybe but it wouldnt be the only time the nine tails chakra moved on its own, i think if follows the will of kurama but if its his yin then its "dark" and would contain most of kurama's hate.
