NaruHina happened just like SasuSaku, the plot required it and kishi was trying to please the pairing fans, both the pairings have no development but the pairing fans were thirsty so kishi gave them what they wanted.

We hate on the undeveloped pairings because it wasn't a resolution. Everybody got married instead of dealing with world peace/ Sasuke and Pain's views on free will. Manga got hijacked.

I agree though, Sasuke's sudden change of heart in regards to Naruto felt random.

Like the only "developed pairing" is ShikaTema but even that is a shot in the dark on development.

I have to say this part is very true. This is why I never understood the hype of ShikaTema. Just because its the most obvious pairing. It does not mean its the best pairing. Its just as underdeveloped as all of these pairings. Just by having few interactions with no conflicts unlike the mains. People call it the best pairing. Which I think is bullshit thinking.
