Mao sticks out her tongue and crosses her arms. "I guess I have no choice but to wait..."

That's right *pokes my toungued out at her* now come on let's go see that cliff

"Alright." Mao dashes towards the woods enthusiastically.

 

[Seth 42]

Sheesh why must we always run *chases after her*

 

[shycatgirl00]

"Running will get you there faster!" She laughs while twirling past trees.

 

[Seth 42]

Yeah yeah *laughs and follows you through the trees*

 

[shycatgirl00]

She continues running until she's past the woods and at the cliff. "Ta-Dah!"

 

[Seth 42]

*trails behind reaching the cliff after Mao puffing* I have no idea how you run so much I wish I had your energy I'm not used to running around

 

[shycatgirl00]

"I just like running." Mao laughs and looks around curiously.

 

[Seth 42]

So I hope it was worth the running *throws myself onto the grass* you see anything?

 

[shycatgirl00]

"Hmmm...." Mao looks all around the cliff then leaps all over from tree to tree, looking around until she stops and sits at the top of a cliff. "This cliff is weird.... It's the only place that has sunshine. Everything else is dark."

 

[Seth 42]

That is weird *pulls myself into a sitting position to take a look* is it just the position of the sun?

"I doubt it.... It's dark everywhere else..." Mao hangs upside down from the tree branch and yawns.

 

[Seth 42]

So what do you recon haunted dark woods or magic glowing light cliff *smiles to myself*

 

[shycatgirl00]

"Haunted dark woods. It makes more sense and Aunt Neko used to tell me stories about when everyone in the academy was massacred years ago by some guy. Maybe the people he killed haunt the woods now which caused the light at this cliff." Mao hangs on the branch by her legs and stares down at the ground while dangling from the tree.

Hahaha yeah that and dark woods are more fun even if ghost stories are bogus generally.

"Yupp!" Mao purposely falls out of the tree and lands on her feet. "Have you also noticed that animals are barely ever seen around here?"

 

[Seth 42]

*stands up and brushes my suit off* I just assumed they ran away from me but this makes so much more sense after all I like animals

 

[shycatgirl00]

"Why would they run away from you?" Her ears twitch a bit.
