Rex wakes up to Yang staring at him and lets out a slight yelp. "What are you doing?!"
Yang puts his hand over his face, covering up his eyes, mouth, and nose. He has a derpy looking smile.
Rex slaps his hand away. "What?"
"You better get ready for work...."
Rex pushes Yang off of him and runs into the bathroom to brush his hair.

Akira sits atop of a huge tower that over looks everything

"A dark day has passed"

He puts his hand out as a single flower blooms and descends to the ground only to fade into nothingness Akira stands and looks off into the distance

It scared me pretty bad....

The waiter comes back with the bagel and tea Yin ordered and sets it down on the table in front of her. She spreads some cream cheese on her bagel with a butter knife and takes a bite.

Rex rushes in the cafe and goes behind the counter. He looks at the boss and a look of fear show on his face.
The boss looks up at the clock and back to Rex. He pats his shoulder then continues walking.
Rex exhales, hes been holding his breathe in the whole time. He mutters, "One minute left..."

Yin sees Rex sprinting inside and shrugs. She takes another bite of her bagel.

Rex pats his clothes to straighten them out. He then looks over the cafe area.

After she finishes her bagel, Yin picks up her tea cup and takes a sip. She thinks: That guy who just ran in..... I think he's one of my brother's friends.... He looked kind of familiar...

Rex smiles and walks over to Yin. "Well, look who it is. Yin, its been forever!"

Yin sets her tea cup down and looks up at Rex. Her nose crinkles up a bit then uncrinkles. "S-Sorry....I....I don't remember your name. I know that you're my brother's friend though...." She slowly lowers her head and looks down at the tea, feeling embarrassed that she forgot his name.

"Yeah, I don't blame you for forgetting my name. It's Rex..." He looks down at her tea, "You wanna a refill?"

"Hmm? Oh, no thanks. By the way, did your boss get mad when you were late?" she asks and looks up a bit.

"No.... I was on time, I just had one minute left.." He looks in her eyes, studying them.

"Eh? What are you doing?" she asks while slightly looking away so that eye contact isn't made.

"You still have them eyes..." He goes under the counter.

Yin flinches slightly and completely looks away from Rex. "Obviously I have the same eyes...."

 

[FalseBlade]

"Of course you do." The sound of boxes being hit together are heard from under the counter. "Its the strength in your eyes I'm talking about."

"Do you mean when they glow?" she asks feeling confused. Not many people spoke about her eyes. They usually just asked why did they glow and leave it at that.

Akira jumps off the tower and lands down bottom gracefully there is a car waiting for him he gets in

He comes back up with a box that has a broken coffee maker. "No, that not it either..... Its hard to explain..."
