I am not overrating Sasuke
Sasuke random jutsu are not really asspull.Sasuke is a type of shinobi that use certain jutsu at certain situation.Sasuke probably learn alot of jutsu in the past and never shown them.For example Sasuke have not shown his Final form susano ,ems power, all the jutsu or forbidden jutsu he learned from orichimaru for 3 years and even Kirin level type of jutsu with his lightning release.
Why Sasuke prefer to use complete susano with leg over Final form susano?I guess he donot need his final form susano or perfect susano for the situation because his complete susano could be enough to fight Juubito .Sasuke could be saving the final form susano or perfect susano for Madara or Naruto as an surpise for them.He donot want them to have full intel of his capabilities
Sasuke hawk summon was best suited against danzo because Sasuke was falling off a cliff,susano was not needed.Currently Sai already explain to team 7 that fighting the jubi from the sky is pointless,this is why Sasuke have not use his hawk summon but he decided to use his snake summon which his good on land battle situation
Sasuke was Orichimaru studenr for 3 year.He learn chidori and master taijutsu with a month ,I am sure within the 3 years Sasuke was training with Orichimaru he master alot of other ninjutsu.However Juubito have the abilities to nullify ninjutsu,which make all Sasuke jutsu useless.Suigestsu already stated that Sasuke was Orichimaru favourite student.Even Orichimaru said that Sasuke was his best experiment.Sasuke was called Dr Snake by Itachi while fighting Kabuto because Sasuke done alot of research about Orichimaru and his jutsu.This mean Sasuke know alot of jutsu that Orichimaru can perform or forbidden jutsu (which he is known )
Kirin was only use once against Itachi because Sasuke planning Itachi death by Kirin.Idk if Sasuke will use Kirin again against Juubito since it donot require chakra.Since Sasuke did not use Kirin so far mean that Sasuke analytical skill let him choose the best counter for Jubito ,which his Jugo Senjutsu.
SUMMARY
Sasuke probably have alot of unknown jutsu to show but he choose the best jutsu for the particular situation.EMS final form susano,Hawk summon,Kirin (From what the viewers senn) are perfect example that Sasuke donot use the certain jutsu all the time but they are needed.It will be boring if Sasuke use the same jutsu all the time like Naruto but surpising the viewers with random new jutsu that he learn in the past also keep us entertain
