Considering that wind doesn't have a visible form, it can only be discerned by the whistling sound it makes as it cuts through the air. So those without good hearing and reflex could be instantly killed by that technique.

I have seen several people undermine truth seeking ball, mostly due to Toneri's performance against Naruto.

I mean't TSBs. I'm just used to writing TBB instead and have made this mistake tons of times.

It can one shot 99 % of characters.
