A normal Rasengan.

I feel as if Kishi made the rasengan too inconsistent. A direct hit blows a huge hole in a water tower in Naruto vs. Sasuke at the hospital but can't kill Obito when he fought Minato? Kabuto almost died from it even when he prepped his body for the attack. It took out the Deva path but yet people never say "rasengan gg" when arguing for base Naruto vs. X. It's all about FRS/Chou oodama rasengan. That irks the hell out of me.

Kinda true... But then again most high level characters have some kind of defense that makes a jutsu of that level useless.

But as soon as you leave top 20 there are lots of people who Naruto/Minato could easily take out with an ordinary rasengan
