Underrated characters

I see so much talk of recent events in the manga and anime, that I thought it'd be cool to talk about some minor characters that everyone likes and think deserve some acknowledgement.

I personally think Neji is a pretty underated character. I mean how cool is his trigram 64 palms technique?

Lee is definitely up there as well.

And finally Shino. Loved his fight with Kankuro (i think it was) in Part 1.
