Underrated Characters in Naruto

We already know and argue about Overrated characters in the Narutoverse, but what about all them Underrated characters? I don't have many at the top of my head, but here are a few:

Ino
Konan
Kakuzu
Shisui

Thats all I can think of at the moment. Do you have any Underrated characters on your mind?

I thought lots of people liked shisui? He's pretty amazing; strong, wise, and selfless. Konan seems to get a lot of credit too. Ayame seems to be largely ignored though.

Dude defeated three out of six and only lost because he was taken off guard because he didnt know there were more. And even after they came back with six he defeated one

Yeah you right. But remember what Pain said after the fight? He said if Jiraya knew their secret (meaning there were six of them) , they could have been killed. Itachi could have lost in Jirayas situation with pain. but since he had info, it could have been interesting

Nagato admitted that Jiraiya would have beaten the Six Pains if he had known the secret and after all, who are we to say otherwise?

I don't agree about Ino though, her MN is worse than Sakura's and Shintenshin is slow unaided.

Kimimaro is underrated all the time. Orochimaru favored this dudes body over Itachi and Sasuke
