Underrated characters in Naruto in my opinion

Hashirama. He defeated EMS Madara who was controlling Kurama and put a Susanoo over him and was the 1st Hokage and has a Sage Mode, which can basically create anything he wants

Tobirama. He's created so many jutsu that it's not even funny and it would too long for me to explain, but 1 example would be the Shadow Clone, which Naruto has used in nearly every battle he's been in

Kisame. The guy is on par with and has given Might Guy a hard time despite losing both battles and dominated Killer Bee

Toneri. He quickly took down Naruto in his base form and then when getting the Tenseigan he gave Naruto a run for his money despite ultimately losing the battle.

Konan. She can create paper bombs out of nowhere and regardless of how anyone slices qnd dices it she came close to killing Obito despite the fact fhat she died not to mention she was 1 of the original Atkatskui.

i dont think any of those guys are underrated except for Toneri. Kisame and Hashirama are pretty much considered to be at the top of the totem if we exclude characters with alien powerups & 8 Gates, Tobirama places himself between those two, and Konan is a special case that most agree has the potential to destroy the entire pole(barring Hashi and Madara, maybe BM Naruto & EMS Sasuke) but otherwise vaguely sits in the Kage-level category because of her limited feats outside of preparation. Toneri should shit on the entire totem but many would argue he's weaker than Hashi or Madara.
