Here is their conversation
Tsunade: It's a forbidden jutsu that only I know how to use it... Which means it's my own battle!!
Madara: You have gotten rid of my pollen with your jinton... But adding one medical ninja won't help with your chances...
Tsunade: The five of us go at it together if the four doesn't work! I'm not just a medical ninja!
Quite clearly, it took Tsunade quite a bit of time to cross 50 m. On the other hand, once Tsunade's fist connects with Madara's susanoo, he
That's not all, after executing

What makes this feat even more impressive is the fact that Mei managed to jump pretty high while moving around Madara's susanoo, constantly changing her direction in a circular arc while in midair and being able to get out of the way of her own water dragon, Madara's susanoo and the
All in all, Mei is fast enough to not only sidestep elemental attacks but she is fast enough to outrun freshly executed ninjutsu, which is much harder than simply escaping a jutsu's area of effect.

which is a powerful water dragon bullet. Looking closely at the scan, by the time the water dragon hit the front of Madara's susanoo, Mei was already well behind Madara. This implies Mei initially shot the water dragon from infront of Madara but then immediately went behind him before the water dragon managed to hit susanoo. While the water dragon only had to travel a linear distance, Mei not only covered a larger displacement then her own water dragon, but she did it by traveling in an arc around susanoo so she ended up covering a much larger distance in the same time the water dragon did.To get a visual on what happened in that scenario,
