Underestimating Sasuke

Over and over again, people keep underestimating Sasuke due to recent chapters. But I believe the reason why Kaguya is giving him the most attention is because he's the strongest and the most intelligence. Every strategist has to take the strongest out before taking out the weak. Remove the head and the body will fall. That is way the strategist would pull off a win. Even Black Zetsu knows this. That's why when Sasuke said he had a plan, BZ strongly suggested to split him and Naruto up. He knew with Sasuke's plan, Kaguya would be in deep sh*t.

Another thing that happens is that Sasuke haters don't understand the concept of Sasuke being born with the Sharingan. Naruto is only strong because of the tailed beast that were SEALED INSIDE OF HIM. But the haters always try to take away Sasuke's Sharingan when I try to make a point of how Naruto is weak without the beasts. Sasuke was born with the Sharingan. His power comes from within his DNA. Yes, he got Itachi's eyes, but still, MS Sasuke>SM Naruto.

People say Narutado could kill Sasuke with ease, but what happens every time they fight?

Naruto is much more dangerous than Sasuke and much harder to kill. His tactics are unorthodox and have already caught Kaguya off guard once, and his chakra reserves/willpower are both much better than Sasuke's. Not saying Naruto > Sasuke, but he would require more effort to deal with
