Yea Suigetsu is actually has skill as a shinobi, he can be deadly and Shizune has good medical ninjutsu. I personally don't think Juugo is under appreciated though he's has gotten some shine throughout the series being along side Sasuke more than Suigetsu.

The way Kishi Karin is used in the series just gets on my nerves she needs to be a medical ninja/sensory ninja her healing abilities are on par with Sakura's and her chakra sensing are really good too. I feel like Kishimoto trumped her character.

for me it's Asuma Sarutobi, he was a great Shinobi/Sensei/character U_U worthy of respect/appreciation.

Cee definitely has to have more spot light. I want to know more about him and his genjutsu's xd

The rest like Anko and Shizune are depends on Oro and Tsunade
