Enel was one instance I can recall but if you'd like me to call out a list of instances right here right now, that's not gonna happen I don't have a list like that made up in my head I'd have to go look. But I'm not talking about just OP either I mean it happens in all manga, I'm pretty sure in Kingdom there was mention of Ooki being called the greatest or something along the lines and he dies and Naruto had a bit of hyperbole, Totsuka being the first to come to mind.

Also that wasn't the narrator that said that was it? I took it as Apoo(since he was there when he jumped when we first meet Kaido) saying those things as an expose to Kaido for the audience. Has it been animated yet? We'll have to see whose voice actor they get to read the lines.

1. Characters saying something is far inferior to the narrator saying something.

2. It was the narrator, not Apoo. The box used for it is only used for the narrator, since it has a special "decoration" that is never used for when people talk.

3. Even if it is hyperbole and can be retconned, that doesn't matter right now. Right now, it's what we have as fact. Until it's retconned, it's what we have to go on.
