1. Uzumaki : Uzumaki as a clan were introduced really late in the series and their potential is basically untapped. Fuinjutsu is probably the most dangerous ninja art. Look closely at the following examples:-
a) Hiraishin, Orochimaru's curse seal, Edo Tensei are a few notable ninjutsu that rely heavily on seals. (Curse seal is juinjutsu but it is a seal)
b) Uzumakis had the potential to permanently seal away bloodlines. Seems far fetched. Hyuuga's Caged bird seal seals away the bloodline after the death of the user. It is a speculation but more than likely Uzumaki had some methods of actively sealing away the bloodline permanently.
c) Daily use ninja equipment like explosive tags, storage scrolls etc originate from fuinjutsu.
2. Akimichi : This clan too has ridiculous potential much more than people realize. During the war a few Akimichi were seen restraining the juubi with the help of Nara's. Imagine the strength involved and then imagine what destruction lets say 15-20 of these super sized people can do to an enemy village.Almost like a biju on slightly smaller scale. I wonder why they didn't use any ninjutsu when they were giant sized? A mere fireball from a ninja of that size is like 10-15 times larger than a normal sized fireball.
3. Yamanaka : Mindwalkers with the abilities to control others, change their memories, taking over them...the possibilities are endless.....Professor Xavier from X-men can share pointers with them :xD:. Really if they are stealthy their abilities are like Shisui's KA without any restrictions. Kishi never expanded on their abilities but they are scary especially in ninja world. The only drawback---they need someone to look after their own bodies.
4. Kaguya: Some people don't realize how scary Kaguya can be. If the clan has even a dozen people with Kimimaro like control they can destroy armies. HE was ill and dying otherwise Lee and Gaara would have been dead in that fight.
