PS most likely tanks it, especially sasukes winged PS, which tanks it with ease,
susanoo output is much lower than the energy it can withstand, and with that being said, All the PS variants are tanking CST, which leaves nagato unable to use deva path techniques for quite some time, thus allowing the users to bisect him
