lol i read it all. it is an awesome prediction, that would be awesome... Sasuke vs. Madara. although i think kishi will try and stretch Itachi's death and him telling sasuke what happened probably

This seems too long to be one chapter, especially with them being only 16 or so pages nowadays. If this did happen it would be awesome tho! Probably an Izanami to change Sasuke's mind until the end of the war. That way he would still fight Naruto in their final battle.

What I am getting at is this. If they both used this jutsu, logically, they would both be left with one eye each. However, Madara had EMS which must mean Izuna had two eyes at death to be transplanted into Madara.

Just read it. I loved it, but what fate...ooooh snap...did he switch fate's with Sasuke's? Itachi accepted living in enternal darkness in place of his brother? That's eerily similar to what Jesus did for for mankind..being in Hell for three days.
