Your original list wasn't too bad honestly just included Hagoromo and placed him over Madara only because Hagoromo was a complete Juubi jin meaning he had 100% Kurama included in him.

Changed Kakashi to DMS Kakashi only because without it I don't think he could stand against any of these top 10 without it (and he is my fav btw)

I put Madara over Naruto and Sasuke as he would win if fought individually. Together Naruto and Sasuke win.

And of course Kaguya as #1 because she started it all.

Except kabuto with ET is above hashirama. No matter how good hashirama is he is slightly above edo nagato who is part of kabuto's edo army. Including:

Limbo:Border Jail. Wrecks dms kakashi because on six paths senjutsu can sense them and only the rinnegan can see them and kakashi doesn't have either ability.
