1. Tobirama did not kill Izuna so Madara let him die and took his sharingan? They could as well switch eyes before battle and both get EMS.

2. Why didnt Tobirama ressurect Hashirama and use him to beat armies of opponents? He could as well ask Hashirama nicely to help him.

3. Despite being underrated, Tobirama was still capable of beating EMS Madara. Why did he shit himself when saw EMS?

Tobirama fatally wounded him and without medical assistance so he succumbed to injuries.
EMS is seemingly tied to Transmigrants as it was noted the choku-tomoe only came forth for those two via Indra.

Why would he desecrate his elder brother's remains and trap his soul in another's body to do his bidding whether for good/ill?
He loved Hashirama so interrupting his afterlife is out of the question.

Never was on par to Mad eye in life(pre-ems) and shit himself after death because he knows his place which is below Maddy's heel in all instances.
Tobirama is a top fave btw.
