Sup, people. I'm here to address some issues and plotholes that are currently present in the plotline of Naruto. Let me explain the purpose of this thread first. You see, I have a lot, and I mean A LOT of questions concerning this series' plotline. Although I'm starting to doubt if my questions were already answered or not. So, I'm creating this thread to ask you guys if you could tell me some theories or facts that we Naruto fans should know about. Also, I just wanted to start a discussion. I am one who likes a simple discussion with little to no flames. Now let's get on with the thread!
Q 1: What is up with Sasuke's character development?
Q 2: Where is this war going?
Q 3: What is the purpose of Izanami?
Q 4: Why do people insist that Senju DNA is the answer for everything?
Q 5: Do you REALLY need the Mangekyou Sharingan to use Izanagi or Izanami?
That's it for me. I'll probably update every now and then for more questions I need help clarifying on, though. Please, no flames, and have a nice, normal discussion without any insults or anything like that. Thanks!
I have just found out something really, really, REALLY important. I think you guys should know about this...
Q 6: Is the Naruto vs. Sasuke fight REALLY gonna happen?
Q 1: What is up with Sasuke's character development?
You see, ever since Itachi's death, Sasuke has taken on the path of vengeance, darkness, evil, and insanity. He's been built up to be this badass son of a b!tch who r@pes everyone in sight. But ever since Itachi came back, I'm starting to doubt Sasuke's true motive. It's pretty clear that he hates Konoha for antagonizing Itachi, but is he really evil or not? Yes, he may have stated that his hatred for Konoha has only grown since him seeing Itachi for the last time, but to me, hatred is just like love. Hate isn't measured by words, but by actions. And so far, Sasuke's actions are questioning his place on the path of darkness. Right now, Sasuke is confused (just like me) and just wants answers (again, just like me). But what do you think about Sasuke's character development?
Q 2: Where is this war going?
Ever since the deactivation of Edo Tensei, I'm beginning to lose faith in this war. The only valuable fights in this war right now is Naruto vs. Tobi & Madara. But other than that, absolutely nothing is going on. And on that note, WHERE THE HELL IS THE KONOHA 11?! It seems that right now, the series is becoming more of a series where the plotline includes nothing but stuff that uses the main character as the main point. And to me, that is problematic. Sure, I care about the main character, but you can't have everything completely focused on that character! Tell me what you think about the progression of this war.
Q 3: What is the purpose of Izanami?
I'm not even gonna try to be subtle, I'm just gonna say it. Izanami is a major $@!&ing troll. When Izanami was being foreshadowed before Kabuto's flashbacks, we all expected the jutsu to be pretty freaking epic. But when it revealed to be a genjutsu, we all had the urge to yell out "TROLL!!!". Izanami is proof of Kishi pulling stuff out of his a$$. It was like just an excuse to close a plothole that is present in the jutsu, Izanagi (that plothole being the question, "What if 2 Uchihas with Izanagi face off each other?"). And then, he tried to make it legit by using it as a metaphor for Naruto and Sasuke's friendship! Oh, like we don't have enough of that! Sorry, if this is starting to turn into a rant, but I'll try to calm down and NOT rant in the next questions. But no promises though.
Q 4: Why do people insist that Senju DNA is the answer for everything?
At first, I just tried to ignore the people who claim that "SENJU DNA IS THE ANSWER FOR EVERYTHING!!!" but one moment just... *Sigh* U_U Anyways, you see, I was watching a review video on YouTube from a guy named Sawyer7mage - you may have heard of him or is subscribed to him - but he's a VERY rational guy. In fact, he regularly makes jokes about that Senju DNA thing, but in one video, he actually uses that Senju DNA thing seriously, and I just gotta stop this. Where did you guys get that from? Does it say OFFICIALLY that it requires Senju DNA to use Izanami? Does it SAY that Senju DNA is the reason for Tobi's being able to defeat Minato when Kakashi was like, 14 or something? Think about it, people!
Q 5: Do you REALLY need the Mangekyou Sharingan to use Izanagi or Izanami?
This is something I am truly confused about. People keep saying that you need the Mangekyou to use Izanagi/Izanami. Is that REALLY true? Because if my memory is correct, then Danzo didn't have the Mangekyou Sharingan and HE could use Izanagi. And don't you DARE give me that "Senju DNA is the answer for everything!". Not only that, it doesn't say officially that you need Mangekyou to use Izanagi/Izanami. Is it true?
That's it for me. I'll probably update every now and then for more questions I need help clarifying on, though. Please, no flames, and have a nice, normal discussion without any insults or anything like that. Thanks!

Q 6: Is the Naruto vs. Sasuke fight REALLY gonna happen?
Considering where the current Naruto vs. Tobi & Madara fight is going, I'm starting to have doubt on whether or not Kishi is going to or will be able to write the Naruto vs. Sasuke fight. The fight that's happening right now is starting to get the spot of the climax of the series. Honestly, I think that position belongs to the Naruto vs. Sasuke fight, if Kishi writes it at least. Not only that, but it seems that Tobi/Obito isn't gonna back out any time soon. And if he doesn't then what will happen to the Naruto vs. Sasuke fight speculation? Also, during one interview, though ti was a long time ago, Kishi said these exact words, "IF I write the Naruto vs. Sasuke fight,". That means hes only considering it, not actually fully planning it. I'm just concerned over the speculation of the most anticipated fight in the entire series.
