The Senju are still in Konoha, an example is Tsunade, They just aren't the beasts they use to be.
Madara survived because Hashirama was his BFF so he didn't end it.
Hashirama's death is up to speculation, but Tobirama was killed protecting his troop ( Hiruzen/Danzo )

Orochimaru turned 'Evil' when his parents died, he wasn't 'evil' but he was sick of people being killed so he tried to make immortality, but that road only leads to evil.

Ok, FTG one is harder. but I'll TRY to explain what I think.- Imo it's very simple, You summon yourself at the tag/seal you've placed to FTG.

Kakashi is probably waiting for the right moment to come out, when the genjutsu is cast so he can attack madara/Juubito freely or he implanted Nagato's other eye ( Nagato was in Kamui dimension somewhere ) and is just recovering.

Because by the time he had Senju DNA to use KA freely ( WHen Orochimaru planted it in him ) Tsunade was Hokage, and maybe Senju are immune? In any case he didn't need to.
