[Technical Issue] Unable to see Tool Bar

When I got online today morning, the tool bar appeared for a few minutes and disappeared. Now after coming back form school, I logged in to check it again and the tool bar is missing. I am having difficulty customizing fonts and sizes without them. Please tell me a solution to fix this.

Switching browsers may be able to fix the problem temporarily. [If you're not using Firefox right now, I'd recommend using it]

If you haven't done it already, I'd recommend clearing the cache, and deleting cookies. Last time I had this problem, that managed to fix it.

Try going to your User Control Panel - General settings - Miscellaneous options - Message Editor Interface and make sure you checked the Standard Editor - Extra formatting controls.

If that won't do it, I'm out.​

It is already set in that option... And yeah, It didn't work so you are out...

It seems to be browser related unless it has to do which server you are connected to. You can find which server it is on the bottom of the front page, please let me know which one it is.

Also what browsers have you tried, and which one are you using currently?

Also if the settings were changed in the usercp from standard editor and you had to change it back and you saw no changes it might be the server cache that has not updated your settings. Either way let me know this things and we'll see if I can help you or not.

I tried both Chrome and Firefox to fix this problem.. Neither of 'em worked.. Now, currently I am using Chrome...

Delete your history on the current browser you are using for NB, and clear your caches and cookies. That always work for me
