If we're adding in Obito's feats, Kakashi could just Kamui the TSB inside of Sasuke and kill him. Chakra has no effect on those things so Sasuke can't attack Kakashi. Along with that, Kakashi has a flying susano'o similar to sasuke so they're equal in that aspect.

Lol ,sasuke's s/t has a cool down ,not to speak about sasuke's reaction which wasn't enough to react to kaguya's teleportation with portals
Once sasuke's s/t does in cool down ,he gets sniped by almost ease with kamui

Andra's arrow gets phased through with intangibility or warped away with kamui shurukins ,and kamui snipe would rip biju PS 's head off once sasuke's s/t be in cooldown
Sasuke's stands no chance here ,even manga DMS kakashi can most likely beat him
