Umm where are K11 and the ASF?-_-

Did Kishi forget that the K11 and ASF are supposed to be backing up Naruto, Kakashi, Bee, and Guy? The chapter when they all began to head for the Naruto vs Tobi battlefield happened a long time ago. Surely, it shouldn't take this long to reach them. Or did Shikamaru tell everyone that Gedo Mazo is the vessel for the Juubi, so they all chickened out?

Perhaps they stopped for a lunch time or a spa relaxation before battle xd

Think about it, the war has been going on for two days so the respective fights would have only been going on for a few hours at the very most because as far as we know it hasn't even got to nightfall on the second day, and the battlefields are probably far from each other too.
