I think it's one bar per 100 rep until a certain point then its 200 rep. People have to +Rep your posts or threads.

Yeah you got a good point there, if Tobi had two bars of green rep instead of 1, then the green rep could be an analogy for identities or the village he hails from...Green Village? No....hmmm Village of the Green? No, no...damn you were on to something I just can't put my finger....THATS IT! Green is the color of leaves and the Hidden Village of Leaves is Konoha....hmmm +rep to you man, I would have never thought of that xd
