What this is, Ladies and Gentlemen, is a battle pairing for Naruto characters created originally by the public, a.k.a OC (Original Character). How this works is, you either create a new OC or use a previously created OC, and submit a full Bio of the character into the thread. From there, your character will be analyzed and inspected by me and other thread viewers to determine whether your OC or any certain technique they use is Op. Continuing, once two narutobase members have posted a full bio of their OC, I will pair the OC against eachother and bring the debate to Versus Colliseum. The participants are restricted to two per battle, and participants also cannot debate if their OC is involved in the battle, as their opinions might be biased.

Today, we have member Umari Senju's character "Umari Senju" versus Rhy Uchiha's character "Kano Ma'ryoko Okami". After fully reading their bio's, you should be able to debate who would win in a 1 on 1 battle. It is highly recommended that you read the entire bio, as some information such a non-canon jutsu are introduced.

Looks:Umari stands 5ft 10in tall, and weighs 165lbs. He has a slender build, and unruly shoulder length silver hair
The tips of his hair are black and his bangs hang from the right side of his face hiding his right eye. His facial features are smooth and youthful despite being 35 years of age. Umari’s attire consists of black pants and black long sleeve shirt covered with a long white jacket with blue flame etchings on its sleeves, back collar and lower tail. His boots also contain the same blue flame motifs as his jacket entails.

Personality:Umari is very warm and friendly to strangers and prefers to end conflicts with his words before his fists. When in battle, Umari is somewhat hesitant which his opponents often mistake as weakness. He is fast and agile freguently using his blinding speed and quick blade attacks to keep his opponents off balance.

Description: by performing the Boar-Ox-Snake handsigns, Umari channels lightning chakra through his body then releases static electricity through his skin. The result is a short ranged barrier that deflects all ninjutsu attacks of A rank or lower. The Barrier cannot be maintained for long and as long as it constantly drains chakra.The barrier can be extended around other people, however keeping the barrier up requires a degree of concentration and thus Umari is unable to move while the barrier is active.

Description: Umari claps the palms of his hands together channeling lightning chakra into his palms before placing them on the ground. A bluish wave of lightning charged light surges through the ground and everything in contact with the ground within a 25 meter radius is immediately ionized. With the user charged with electrons the next successful hit does 25% more damage for a short time. If the next attack is a wind element the attack does 50% more damage. This technique can be avoided by simply not being on the ground or within the area of effect when the jutsu is performed.

Detail: In sage mode your base speed is increased two fold. Your taijutsu is increased drastically doubling the damage inflicted. In addition your punches and kicks are guided by the wind extending their reach from close range to mid range. A missed punch or kick carries the wind with it knocking an opponent over for 1 turn.

Details: In Sage Mode, Umari shakes his body to emit the buildup of Gold Leaf Dust stored in his feathers during training at Gurētoerudātsurī. The dust is activated when the Umari's is placed under genjutsu. When inhaled by Umari, nature chakra is carried into his brain returning his chakra flow to normal and dispelling the genjutsu. When those who have not received owl sage training inhale it, the nature chakra is released into their brain causing terrible nightmarish hallucinations.
Note: this jutsu must be deployed before a genjutsu is cast. The Gold Leaf Dust remains on the battlefield for 5 posts unless the opponent blows it away or burns it with a A Rank wind or fire jutsu.

FUKUROU-HARIKEN ATAKKU (Owl Hurricane Attack)

Details: The sage gathers wind all around his/her body and flies high into the air positioning themselves directly above their opponent. They Owl Sage then enters a free fall state directly above their opponent generating a massive buildup of wind. The sage then rotates their body creating a devastating wind attack that not only causes severe damage but decimates anything within a 5 meter radius of impact after which a small crater is left in the ground.

Details: After absorbing nature chakra and collecting it in your stomach, you apply wind chakra and knead them together. The mix of the 2 chakras are then concentrated to the mouth where the sage spits an extremely high velocity gust of wind capable of destroying large boulders and even steel. (note this attack cannot be blocked and must be either evaded or countered with a jutsu S Rank or higher.

Description: Umari's Windmill Shuriken houses 4 separate short blades each with an elemental seal on it containing Donton, Suiton, Katon, and Fuuton chakra collected from absorbing the blood of any oppoenent it cuts and taking on their elemental affinity. each blade of the windmill shuriken can be used as a sword in itself giving Umari versatility in close or long ranged fights. The blade has a high cost however. Each time one of the seals is activated the user own chakra is devoured in order to release it's collected chakra against an opponent. Overuse of this weapon can even kill the user.

Looks: Kano has short brown hair, bluish green eyes, and a natural blush light skin complexion. He is naturally skinny, but well built and very strong. He stand at 6'0 with a slender body shape and usually slightly hunched posture.

Personality: Kano has a split personality. While one side of him is usually happy and kind, and grateful for his life and friends, his other side in dark and gloomy, a part of his soul that still mourns for the death of his parents and clan. At that point, his hair turns black and he shuts the world out. However, Kano isn't sure which is his primary personality, whether he is truly happy or truly mourning inside.

Katon: Kasai Teryuudan (Kanji; 手榴弾) Literal Meaning; Fire Release; Fire Grenade

The user weaves chakra into ones own palm, forming it into a fairly small condensed fire ball, which the user propels into the earth, softening up the earth into sand. If stepped on, ones foot is stuck, and the added weigh of there body triggers the small fire ball in a massive explosion. (Used more or less for mission.)

Katon: Fukusū no hinotama no Jutsu (Kanji; 複 数の火の玉). Literal Meaning; Fire Release: Multiple Fireball Technique.

A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire and expelled from the mouth as a plethora of massive orbs. The scope of the attack is altered by controlling the volume of chakra that is mustered. The released flames will engulf their target, and leave a crater on the ground's surface. a plethora of great fire balls propell toward the opponent, rising so harshly in temperature that there flames manifest into blue fire as they arrive near the enemy.

Katon: Kamikaze Tori (Kanji; 鳥神風). Literal Meaning; Fire Release: Kamikaze Birds

the user weaves chakra into ones own mouth, spewing that chakra into the shape of large, mishapen birds that highly resemble the puppets of Kakuzu. The birds propel themselves at a great speed toward the enemy one by one, each causing a notable explosion at touch, large enough to cause minor burns to the enemy. The explosion surrounds the entire area with fire particles, that once breathed in, deprives the body of air by feeding off of it’s oxygen, and consuming the enemy from inside out with a burning fire.

Katon: Jiko Hakai (Kanji; 自己 破壊) Literal Meaning; Fire Release: Self Destruct

This jutsu consumes a massive amount of energy, in an event where the user seemingly self destructs. Focusing a large amount of chakra around one’s own body, the chakra is then weaved into a large ball of fire around the user and expanded in both height and width, widespreading and burning anything in it’s path as it grows. The fire, so dense and hot, deflects tools thrown at them, and reduces Suiton to steam in a matter of seconds. It was created by the Uchiha caln and intended for use when destroying a village. One would stand in the middle of a village, and began this jutsu.

Katon: Hai Ryū (Kanji; 火遁 豪龍火の術) Literal Meaning; Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire and Ash Pile Burning Technique

The user compresses a large amount of chakra built up inside their body and changes it into a dragon head-shaped fireball. The user then skillfully manipulates that great fire, and attacks their opponent. Even outside of the attack range, its power and reliability are stressed. The flames have a high temperature, which cause them to turn blue and can create an upward movement of air currents which in turn can give rise to thunder clouds. A master of this technique can fire off several flames in succession and anyone caught in the technique could potentially be reduced to ashes. The mouth of the dragon spews a stream of chakra infused gun-powder from their mouth, which surrounds the region. As the gunpowder is composed entirely of ash, it stays in the air around the victim like a cloud, which can be used like a smokescreen. After surrounding the enemy with the ash, the user can ignite it with a flint placed on their teeth beforehand to create a spark, resulting in a violent explosion, burning the enemy. However, this technique requires keen senses to read the air currents, the insight to read the movements of the enemy, the tactical experience to not also enfold one's allies in the flames, and careful attention for the timing of the ignition.

Katon: Kanun no jutsu (Kanji; 嵐遁雲 ) Literal Meaning; Fire Release: Storm Cloud Technique

The user performs the necessary hand seals to summon a small fire ball, which he then launches into the air at an amazing speed, a process that soon summons a dense layer of storm clouds. Once the storm clouds form, the user can use utilize the storm clouds to assist more elaborate jutsus.

Raiton: Zeusu no Kiyanon (Kanji; ゼウスの キヤノン) Literal Meaning; Lightning Style: Zues’s Canon

Only used during storm clouds. User summons a large bolt of lightning from the sky, which enters his body, conducting itself through his chakra points and out toward his finger tips causing him severe pain and impaired vision for no more than 10 minutes. If user can stand the pain, he focuses the lightning into a single, wide-spread thick spiraling blast, undodgeable do to speed.


Raiton: Inazuma Tensei (Kanji; 千鳥 神羅天征) Literal Meaning; Lightning Style: Lightning Push

This technique channels a large amount of lightning chakra to the user's hand. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible, as the user focuses the lightning mainly to his palms, thrusting it into the ground. This causes a three hundred and sixty degrees dispersion of wild electricty to spread at an amazing pace around the user’s circumfrance, stirring wild winds that conduct the electricity in greater strengths toward the opponent. The affects are bad electricution to the point of numbness and near paralysis.



Raiton: Tacchi Wo Sasu (Kanji; タッチ を 刺す) ; Literal Meaning; Lightinig Release: Stinging Touch

The user focuses a dense amount of lightning chakra in ones own fingertips, which begin to conduct eletrical currents. When an opponent comes into contact with these electrical currents found inonly the fingertips, that area that had made contact is quickly shocked and soon becomes numb.








Dorobōgan

Dorobōgan: ( Kanji; 泥棒 ) Literal Meaning; The Thief Eye

Dorobōgan is the bloodline dojutsu kekkai genkai of the Okami clan that appears during Sage Mode. Dorobōgan was later added as the fourth great Dōjutsu along with sharingan, byakugan and rinnegan.


Kamachi Style: Capoeira ( Kanji; カポエイラ )

By utilizing the properties of Chakra Flow and the element Lightning, the user is able to dramatically increase ones own reflexes and overall speed by electrically stimulating the Somatic Reflex Arc; a neural pathway that controls the action reflexes within the body, and the optic nerve to increase Visual Acuity. Unlike similar techniques, this technique is completely anonymous and is activated without the usage of handseals. In terms of usage, this technique can allows to see with an extreme degree of clarity, though not as defined as a doujutsu, and react with speeds rivaling those of similar anatomical techniques. The user react in a mix of hands, feet, and head in such a random yet precise peformance combined with chakra natures, it’s extremely hard to counter.

Kamachi Style: Youkai ( Kanji; 妖怪 )

This is a less powerful taijutsu for of Capoeira centered around simple evasive manuevers that appear sluggish and erratic to the viewer. The main purpose of the style is to destablize an opponent’s focus and footing while lining them up for counter attacks. Most of the more "direct" attacks of this style combine chakra shaping to belt out internal damage to further hamper a target. This technique does not require Dorobōgan

Kano uses a special poison he created for different situation. It usually comes in a poisonous cloud that alters the cebrel cortex and induces severe insanity. Kano also has his very kunai dipped it, can use Suiton, or even spread it with Fuuton.


Ninpo: kuchibueno chakura no dangan ( Kanji;口笛 のチ ャクラ の 弾丸 ) Literal Meaning; Ninja Art: Whistling Chakra Bullet

An attack that requires skill at molding chakra into physical form, the Whistling Chakra Bullet Jutsu gets its name the high pitched sound that it makes upon release. Chakra is condensed inside the hand and formed into a round hard bullet-shaped pellet that's slightly larger than a marble. The user cocks his fingers back as if ahooting a gun, and shoots the pellet straight forward at high speeds using a burst of chakra for propulsion. The bullet can only been indentified by the sonic booms that ripples behind it’s trail, composing whistling sounds.

In'yōton: Kibaku Fuda Fūinjutsu ( Kanji; 起爆札 封印術 ) Literal Meaning; Ninja Art: Explosion Tag Seal Technique

A technique where the user utilzes chakra to perform sealing jutsu, being required to rest their palm on their opponent to place a seal with the design for Explosion Tags. When triggered, the victim suffers moderate burn to the surface of their skin.


In'yōton: Pandōra no Haku ( Kanji;パンドラ の 箱 ) Literal Meaning; Shadow Style: Pandora’s Box
A jutsu that consists of four special shadow kunai to be placed in equal diagnol angles from each other. From there on, the user summons and utilizes the shadow chakra in the kunai to gather forth a special shadow, one that forms a three dimensional box over the user. This can be used as a defense jutsu that holds the user inside, nullifying any attacks that come near it, no matter the pierce, shred or cut power.

I didn't really go into detail when making this jutsu, but Kano can switch places with an active clone so that the Clones body becomes his own living body and his orginal body becomes the clone. Not as impressive now that I think about it, but i'll keep it up here, it could be good for tactical use.

Kano has a special weapon that can shift into other weapons. Some examples; a large wooden mallet that swings suppressed chakra waves with brutal force, a bow with a metal string able to conduct electricity and and shoot arrows of lightning with piercing strength stronger than Chidori, which is actually used to make the arrows sometimes, a sword that conducts fire.
As a genius whose talents manifested at a tender age, the teachers at her Academy noted that Kumo's progression hardly ever required assistance, Having been quickly promoted through ninja ranks as a child, even becoming the youngest jonin, new member, and captain of Anbu ever.

Even in his early child hood, Kano could flawlessly hit an intricate set of nine targets, one which was concealed in a blind spot, by accurately deflecting one kunai off of another to assure they effectively hit their mark.
As a child, Kanop always had a general sense of awareness and possessed the ability to instantly perceive the nature of someone.
Kano is known to be analytical and perceptive, being able to deduce the inner workings and weaknesses of a powerful jutsu.
Kano orchestrated several challenging events, with mentally emasculating twist that left his enemy unorthodox.

Without Perfect Susano'o, there's almost no chance of Rhy winning this. Umari's fuuton is on par with if not exceeding a boosted Danzo's. Repeated attacks decimate Rhy's ultimate defense.

Actually, the fight is between Kano and Umari. Rhy (me) and Umari are just the owners of the OCs, and isn't involved. o.o did you even read any of the jutsu? Too bad the participant isn't allowed to debate, because while I don't want to be biased, Kano couldn't be defeated that easily

Rhy Uchiha has cannoically lost to lesser Senju, and the manga has made it clear that eyes and stamina are Uchiha's weakness.

First of all, who is Olimar? Second of all, Rhy has nothing to do with this fight. It's between Umari and Kano. This entire thing was obviously a bad idea ;-; i'm to blame, i'm such a failure at making good ideas for this place.
