um why did sasuke eye bleed?

If you still have the veins popping on your eye and still bleed then i don´t see how ems is any different then ms, kishi trolled us by overhyping it and now sasuke would´ve lost twice had it not been for itachi who only has ms and is the brother he is supposed to have surpassed.
Kabuto didn´t want to kill sasuke, do you realize how much you got to suck for kabuto to hold back on you while you have ems?

Yea a fanboy of Jiraiya. I can't stand the Uchiha and people who know me actually know that. I still use logic when debating about them though, and it's getting kind of annoying seeing illogical haters trying to twist manga logic to suit their ignorant logic.

I cant be sure but i think
CASE 1:
All this is itachi's genjutsu or izanami at work so what we are seeing is being shown to us by itachi , so either itachi does not know that ems should not bleed or he wants to show that sasuke is weak to kabuto .
CASE 2:
Ems does not prevent bleeding eye
CASE 3:
The Artist goofed up since he was drunk
