I have a rather pertinent question out of sheer curiosity and worry, what would happen exactly if a deranged "NaruSaku" fan were to win this particular event to meet with Kishimoto along with the paid trip to New York ?

It's an award for whoever has completed the best community service project in their area.

^That alone wipes out most of the teens/lonely adults who sit at home and whine as they complete nothing.

Also, they don't just look at the video for these types of contests. Follow-ups are completed and they do look into who exactly is winning.

Nothing to worry about in terms of this specifically. Not even really Comic-con (all questions are screened before the respective individual is allowed to ask publicly) and there is tight security. /Most people will probably ask harmless "battle/vs" questions anyway.

He should also have security at the bookstores he's signing at. However, this is where he should be the most heavily guarded since anyone can walk into the area (not as if one has to pay to enter Barnes&Nobles unlike Comic-con).
