Um...Naruto might have actually lost RSM :/

So in the new chapter we see Naruto using SM (pictured below) while running, which is great, except for one little thing.

There are no marks around his eyes, which is supposed to indicate that his RSM is more perfect than his previous SM. However, it is entirely possible that the marks vanished because RSM was a mixture of SM and Bijuu Mode, so I won't jump to any conclusions just yet. And it's also possible that Kishi made a careless mistake (like Kakashi not having his scar in the last chapter)

So yeah

he has 100% kurama now which means his RSM is even more powerful now than ever

I would assume so. Or it may be just Kurama's. I think Sparks knows more on the specifics of RSM.

This is regular SM not RSM. There exists a difference

As long as he's got the kyuubi, and he is still the meeting place for the other bijuu, he has rsm. For all we know the kyuubi inside him could still be sleeping = no bijuu power = no vertical markings on his eye.
