The user channels their lightning chakra through the mechanism to be able to launch the pendulums; the wire can reach up to mid-range. And using the lightning chakra the pendulums are very fast and are extremely maneuverable being able to launch faster than one can throw a kunai/shuriken and can make complex turns on a dime, zig zag, and can retract back to the mechanism as fast as they are launched. The user can be recognized that they are using the pendulums, because when channeling their lightning chakra sparks can be seen flashing around the users body. The pendulums vibrate due to the lightning chakra and can easily pierce the human body and rocks, or cut it if the user wishes by correctly angling the pendulum such as turning it the right way when launched.

Traveling, roaming around the ninja world in order to figure out a purpose for living. There really wasn't one. Shintaro wasn't fit to be in this generation and he couldnt stress it enough. He was an Uchiha and he didn't have what it took to reach his full extent of his abilities. He knew training was the only way. He realized after thinking so much he had reached an area with a nice scenery.
He wiped the sweat off his forehead, raising his eyebrow when he felt the urge to get paranoid like someone was watching him. That was when he took a few steps and there was another shinobi in front of him. He couldn't see his face because of the sun's angle. After a few seconds he realized it was one of his good friends. The look of desperation left Shinny's face and a smirk appeared. "Long time no see.....I know it's been a while, but I'm gonna get straight to the point. Let's have a battle. I'm too weak right now. You're a few steps ahead of me. It'll be fine...." Shinny-boy took his fighting stance as a sudden drift of wind blew his red track jacket and his somewhat long black hair he swiftly performed 1 hand seal while placing his hand on the

Uchiha members and only in times of great stress.
Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single
tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As
the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe

ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives

Assuming Mid Range.
The sun's pretty intense today. The beam down on my face, so this is what it feels like. I never got to feel the sun in all of that rain... It's not what i expected. Disappointing... I sit up in a tree looking up at the great stone statues. I wonder what those two were really like. The strongest ninja of all time... I reach up to them as if trying grasp an idea of the distance in strength between them and I. I simply cannot stand be apart of of legendary heritage and my strength doesn't even partially measure up to my full potential. What i can really be.. It makes me shiver with anticipation. I then feel a presence, i look down from the tree. The sun beaming down in same direction. A boy in a red hoodie, black hair, and beady eyes. "Shintaro!" He begins to speak going on about how he wants to do battle. The idea intrigues me, however at the end of statement he begins to dump on himself about how bad he will be. I will gladly fight you!...However... He begins a sequence of 3 handseals at which at the same time i focus chakra into my right dominant hand and slash forward still sitting in the tree, sending forth a violent and rushing wave of wind effectively canceling the lighting bolt traveling through the ground. I then quickly awaken the Sharingan, although disappointing it is still one tomoe, at the same time standing up on the branch. He then weaves the tiger handseal, and then concentrates fire chakra throughout the air. Observing him concentrate i channel my chakra into my right hand and aim towards his direction down below,demonic lanterns begins to form with faces exactly like monsters. I release a wave of water down below at the barrage of heads, dousing all of them resulting in a light steam. As soon as the steam spreads i drop off the tree branch with a quickness, jumping to a taller tree and withdrawing 5 kunai from my back pouch and throwing them down upon him aiming for his head and shoulders. If you intend to continue fighting me you better take on the attitude to kill me. I land on a higher branch looking down.

Left and right his attacks failed or were countered by his best friend. It was annoying to know that he was this weak. He easily saw the kunai coming and he clashed him with his own, making them fling separate ways. Accelerator then threw in some advice which made Shinny's blood kinda boil. "Tch.... you don't say? The way you say things make me sick." After those empty words, Shintaro's eyes met with Accelerator's and of course they're uchiha blood was boiling. Looking up at his friend that was on a high tree branch he decided to take advantage of it by gathering chakra in his mouth and combining it with his wind, releasing it out in a twister/whirlwind motion. Wasting no time Shintaro smirks slightly and forms one hand seal exhaling into the sky shooting eight great fireballs at the same
time which then rain down upon Accelerator from above
causing severe, widespread damage around the
field and on the tree he was standing on, slowly catching all trees in range on fire. These fireballs have explosive abilities which would leave Accelerator dead or almost. Trying to finish the job he started, Shintaro formed his chakra and focused on the soil and rocks in the area to sprout out in the
form of four large spikes which attack Accelerator from four separate directions to make it harder to

The boy below flings two kunai above his head, clashing with mine and canceling them out to the ground. Get used to it, buddy. He focuses his chakra into his throat and spews out a twister of wind ranging up through the trees rapidly breaking branches on the way up. I focus my chakra below my feet converting it to water and forcing it to explode right below me forcing me high into the air, above the trees. I then flip forward successfully dodging the approaching twister. Upon me finishing the flip i then cross my fingers making the clone sign. Kage Bunshin no Jutsu! I make a clone immediately beside me and one five meters away still in the way. Still looking down at my opponent. The First one throws me to the second one in a quick and fluent motion, i catch the seconds one hands in which i am then thrown as hard as possible into long range. I turn around falling noticing fire balls flying into the sky. I wonder what he aiming at. Falling through through the trees i focus a large amount of my chakra around me, i shoot from tree to tree bouncing on each one until i land. I then face his direction now extending my hand forward and loosing a whirling vortex of crackling lightning, i then launch the vortex forming into a dragon's head to attack my opponent at long range. Devastating the forest as it travels, mowing and frying trees with force and heat roaring fiercely on the way.

The arguing made Shinny at peace even though it was a bother he knew his friend just wanted to help him get stronger. Shinny's Sharingan was watching his every movement when he saw his opponent rise up from a water jutsu to avoid the wind which almost made Shintaro applaud..Shintaro chuckled slightly knowing he forgot about the fireballs that were aiming down to burn him alive."Heh... I guess you forgot about the--... Wait what!?! Shadow Clone Jutsu!? Son of a.... Stop trying to act all cool! "What's he aiming at?" You're so lame!" He mimicked his best friend even though his opponent using Shadow clones to throw the real him had Shinny shocked. He quickly snapped outta it waiting for his opponents next move. Seeing every leap the opponent did from tree to tree had Shinny thinking, his attack will be mid to long range so I'd better be ready. Shinny realized he heard a bit of crackling like it was gonna be a lightning technique of the sort. Once Shintaro saw the vortex form into a dragons head he swiftly gathered his chakra and created a surge of wind which he blew at the incoming vortex dragon, catching the two out Shintaro smirked and stomps on the ground, forming his fire chakra and manipulating the ground to form an underground
tunnel from between himself and the opponent.
Shintaro quickly breathes out fire into the tunnel, it carried many minerals and debris with it as it
travels, melting them. Shintaro formed one single hand seal, the
molten rock debris will erupted from the ground
underneath the opponent, engulfing him in nothing but flames leaving him to a crispy death. "Heya!? Don't let yourself become worst than some burnt ass chicken! Let's crank up!" Shintaro shrugged slightly and performed the snake handseal before slamming his hands on the ground, Shintaro creates

I'm sure to have caught him off guard with that Shadow Clone maneuver. I-.. What! My dragon vortex is met with opposition in which is stopped and then burst into wave of pressure. Dang it he countered me with a wind jutsu. That's new, i didn't think he knew more than one wind jutsu. I hear the remark from afar proclaiming me to lame. You have got to be kidding me. Loud mouth kid.You want lame. I'll gladly show you something really lame. As i am speaking the boy is spewing fire into the ground while looking up at me form a distance. I know that technique. The Exploding Flame Crater Jutsu! I burst running forward full tilt while simultaneously weaving a single hand seal. If i know anything about this technique it will take time to get to me at this distance. I then inhale deeply and spew a large boulder sized fire ball, rushing to him at blinding speeds. He'll need a hand sign to detonate the fire below but i wont give that chance. We'll see who burnt after you explode into the distance. I quickly follow up weaving the bird handseal, concentrating my chakra in the area creating an high speed torrent of wind to follow the fire ball not far behind, bringing an heavy dust storm with it. This outah be effective i need to close the eyes of his, some dust ought to of some inconvenience. Keeping my face i bite my thumb drawing blood,I'm going all out! So you better not die. I preform the perform the Boar -> Dog -> Bird -> Monkey -> Ram hand seal and slam my palm on the ground, stopping suddenly. I am then rocketed into the air by Blaze the crimson magnificent frigate bird. I stand upon his back with my arms crossed. Looking down at the chaos below unfolds. Tck.

from his hands when suddenly Accelerator had made his summoning and jumped right in range of Shintaro who increase the number of

From above watch the the ball of inferno and the hurricane attempt to tackle the boy. My blood is flowing fast through my vein, the satisfaction of victory was already dancing on my tongue. I then am able to spot a shadow in motion behind the fireball, quickly shooting out from out of dodge. Damn.The Fireball and Hurricane rage off into the distance destroying another part of forest and exploding violently similarly to a round mushroom cloud in the distance. He puts his hands together in what looks like the snake hand seal. An earth jutsu... No its lightning! Did he really think... I raise an eyebrow in disappointment. He really must not know me. He really must not know. At this moment, yeah, of course....the kid was running his big ass mouth once again. "Geez....will he ever shut up? He obviously thinks he's the greatest and someone's gotta do the job to show him once and for all." Those sentences kept replaying in Shinny's head when suddenly Accelerator mentioned wind was his speciality right after his wind and Shinny's lightning clashed. Suddenly Shintaro quickly formed a single hand seal after seeing a hurricane of wind appear near his opponent whom was telling his summoning to spice it up a little. Wasting no time after forming that hand seal, Shintaro kneaded his chakra into his body and converted it into fire before expelling it from his mouth in a massive stream of
intense flames that was so enormous and could cover a huge area and was even said to be bigger than an incomplete susanoo. Knowing the clash of his and his opponents attack was gonna clash, Shintaro took the advantage and manipulated his chakra and then
raises his hand to the sky and an electrical

In launching the hurricane wind, and barrage of fireballs, they are combined into a hurricane explosion plummeting to to the earth. There is no way someone of his power could stand such a combination. Down below i can perceive him making a single handseal, like that would do anything. In an instant the boy manages expel a gigantic flamethrower of raw power. By himself, he managed to achieved such a jutsu by himself... You will not win! The two jutsu collide in mid air, in an explosion. Instantly raising the temperature of the entire area, heat wave shimmer as far as the eye can see. Sweat pours down my face. He quickly throws his hand in the air, concentrating lightning chakra and fires a discharge up in the air towards us. I quickly inhale in ale and pound on my stomach exhaling a swirling giant bullet of air, blocking the discharge in mid air, and continuing to spiral down at the boy. Go, Blaze! Blaze breaks right quickly gaining speed witch each flap, getting to the right side of the enemy. Burst forward, were going in for close combat. As we close in i weave the rat->hare handseals, concentrating my lightning chakra around me and forming them into sphere. As soon we enter mid range, Blaze going full speed, I signal the sphere of lighting to loose a barrage of azure lighting sphere in blinding speeds, to go forth and shred him. Still closing in i preform a single hadseal and channel fire chakra into my hand until it flames are jetting from it, as we a within five meters of the talkative boy and a meter from the ground i jump from Blaze's back as he flaps his wings propelling me forward, and a the same time i place my hand behind propelling me forward in a blur. Aiming for his shread body i grab his face and ignite the fire chakra effectively burning his face behind recognition. I then drop it to the ground...And... im all talk, huh...
