He's stronger than Toppo already. He wasn't even using x20 Kaio-Ken yet when they were said to be near the same level lol. He was handling Toppo and Dyspo low diff in Ultra Instinct form.

Exactly what I'm saying. I'm not saying he is on par or weaker than Toppo when in this temporary form but the real subject here is his level with Jiren.

It was a cool fight and all but i still don't like another form being thrown at goku again.

I think he is just as strong as Jiren but due to lack of adaptation to the new form he ran out of steam. Just like how he couldnt spam, Kaioken with Blue in his first fight with Hit without a timer. Later he could stay in it for as long as he wanted. The next time Goku is using this form is when his blue shirt is ripped like against Freeza in Namek saga (according to the previews) and I bet that is when his fight with Jiren will be much more exciting.

Hopefully the manga will keep them closer in terms of power as it's been doing so far.
The introduction of goku adding kaioken to SSB in the anime really screwed any chance of vegeta being on par with goku and overall power levels.
The anime writers are clearly favoring goku and are acting like Vegeta doesn't have the power of the gods just like goku does.

When Goku do something it feels heroic compares to Vegeta. I think thats why author like to "experimenting" with new form using Goku and not Vegeta. But Vegeta will get the "product" for free a days after the trial XD
Basically my only issue. Not even long ago he had 20x kaioken SSB and now he have a whole new form just because he was at his limit and got hit by the spirit bomb.
It's always that way though. Only other time was begening of super when Vegeta went rage mode and when he had a head start training with Whis.
Seems like you just translated my statement in the opposite meaning, eat a snicker mr.sheep. Although i would dare say that Jiren is roughly at Goku's level of potential, since the ability Son Goku displayed was basically limited reactive evolution.

Jiren is a monster. He basically did to UI Goku what beerus did to goku when he first got his God form. After J man took those knees though he as ready for an all out duel lmao. Havent been tht excited since King Bradley sprinted through the kingdom soloing.

Exacly, goku had the upper hand in that fight. Even the 11th god of destruction was shitting his pants. The form is just to brand new, friezza with the save to (mostly likely going to spare a cup of energy to goku). Shirtless goku will be the semi mastered form of UI when him and jiern go all oit

UI Goku and Jiren are definitely above Beerus, but because the form is temporary Goku wouldn't beat Beerus(for now). But wait until the climax of this arc when the two get their rematch, Jiren will be exerting full power and Goku will have reached complete mastery of the form.

Jiren was nowhere near close to his full power. Jiren was pretty much warming up.

Yeah but Goku literally just got the form and was stated to be getting stronger the more and more he blocked and dodged Jirens attacks.
I'm not denying that Jiren is probably stronger right now but when Goku gets the form back he's most definitely going to be a lot stronger than he was initially. And towards the climax of this arc he will be >=Jiren most likely.
Goku is the only person that can keep up with Jiren and his movements, he's literally the only person that has a chance.
That was like two years ago and they never said that he would never surpass him, just that they had currently at the time had no plans for him to. Do you you think with the way they're building up Jiren, a mortal just like Goku. That its impossible for Goku to surpass Beerus? If anything its pretty obvious he's either stronger than beerus with UI or he's about to be.
