Well it's hard to say due to how power levels are pretty much nonexistent in super (anime) and they're changed to what ever fits the plot.

If DBS followed its internal logic instinct should beat the 2/3 easily (but it doesnt follow it), vegitto is an entirely unknown quantity however, based on how dbs has been so far vegitto would probably just get the mode as well
