I say the ultimate Sharingan wins, the range of jutsu is just too much.
Although Ametarasu and blaze release would only be useful if the Nagato was using six different bodies for the sage of six paths technique otherwise shinra tensei would nullify them but... Tsukyomi, Susano'o and Kamui should do the job. Not to mention the wisdom and taijutsu of the almighty itachi = too hax.

a fair fight would be...
Itachi with
EMS, tsukuyomi, Susano'o, Izanami, Ametarasu. Vs Nagato

even still I believe Itachi as is could handle nagato.
