Let me start off by saying that I am new to this site, however I am very interested in your Opinion on this Topic.
Lets introduce what we Know about the Compatants:
SSJ 4 Gogeta-
Sage of 6 Paths-
The Sage of Six Paths is the creator of Ninjustu in the Naruto Universe and is considered the Strongest EVER in said universe. He solo'd the 10-tailed beast and by using his Creation of All Things ability to separate the Ten-Tails' chakra from its body and divide it into nine separate constructs that would later become known as "tailed beasts", scattering them throughout the world. As a final precaution, using Chibaku Tensei, the Sage entombed the physical remains of the Ten-Tails within a colossal stone prison and hurled it into the heavens, creating the moon.
So endowed with seemingly unlimited (not unlimited) chakra he also possesses:
1.The Rinnegan

3.The 9 Tailed Beast he can Summon
Now lets move on to Gogeta
First of all he is the fusion of TWO SSJ 4 Sayians Goku and Vegeta
1.The base Speed of Gogeta is the fastest ever seen between the any character in DBZ or Naruto: go to (4:53-5:00, 6:15-6:52)
2.He has the ability to deflect any Tailed Beast Bomb- go to (11:26)
3. He can effortlessly Clone himself- go to (9:50)

In my Opinion i give this fight to SSj 4 Gogeta because he is potentially faster, stronger, more durable and when he defuses their is still Goku and Vegeta in SSJ4 state.

2.Asura Path-) grants the user the ability to summon mechanised armour, augmenting their body with extra limbs and various robotic weaponry
3.Banshō Ten'in-technique that manipulates attractive force at the users will to pull matter towards the user.
4.Chakra Chains (Manga only)-allows the user to manifest chakra chains to bind their target.
5.Chibaku Tensei-The user creates a dark black sphere of gravity that when thrown into the sky, attracts objects from all directions and pulls them into the sphere compressing them simultaneously.
6.Creation of All Things- the ability to create something from Nothingness
7.Deva Path-user the ability to manipulate attractive and repulsive forces.
8.Human Path- grants the user the ability to remove the soul of any target they touched as well as read their mind.
9.Outer Path-user is able to control life and death by reviving the dead, bind and restrict foes,
10.Preta Path- grants the user the ability to absorb an infinite amount of chakra.
