Couldn't see the image, but that last part makes sense. If she sacrificed someone in order to get the fruit, that's just plain evil.
And she seems to be directly linked to the reaper death seal, but I'm not sure it was used on her. It almost seems like she has been the one who is summoned in order to perform it.
