I am here to complain.

I have recently completed "ultimate adventure" and have moved onto "online battle". The first thing I noticed was the blimmin' lag! It is ridiculous! and it's pissin' me off! It's near on impossible to win a game purely because of the lag. It's takes literally a whole 1-2 seconds before my moves register in the game.

Now most of you are probably gonna say it's my fault for having bad Internet, but I can assure you my Internet is perfectly fine, I am able to get perfectly good connection on any other online game.

Currently I am creating a session and waiting for people to join...
Is there a different way I can go about in finding a game to assure that I get a good connection?

well if its not your connection that sucks then its your opponents that does. Why don't you try searching by connection quality ?

well 1st take a look at wich area your fighting people from. asia,n/a or europe its better to fight persons from your own area. and... it also helps if you play with a wired connection its better than wifi. btw @ Indyy_Z if your playing it on ps3!

Maybe it is due to your opponents lag. I hear that there connection can influence yours

my connection rarely lags, so....yeah....i love that game.

I have the same problem with CoD sometimes. I'd give it a couple days and see if it clears up. They might be doing server maintenance or something

it depends dude mine does that sometimes but i think is mostly bc of other ppl

If you aren't host, you will have a disadvantage. Just do what I do, with other games, DL some torrents via uTorrent and just SEED, SEED, SEED, set the bandwith to MAX and when you are searching it should lag your connection badly and force you to get host. It's what i do so I don;t have to worry about European, Asian or other terrible Hosts.

i got bored of the game after a month or 2. ppl play with the same ppl (naruto, puppets, etc) and spam the same stuff with them. rasengan barrage the 6tails chakra cannon, fire style jutsu then susanoo, kirin, support characters are broken as hell. and the game is boring with just one button and one supper move. they focused on the main characters and shitted on the side characters (neji, yamato, gaara, killer bee) and i am disappointed.. the game is cool but it is boring now (at least to me...)

I got a whole different problem...I too just moved to online play and the human players compared with the cpu super hard level, are damn tough!! I guess it'll take a MONTH just to make their bar go red! btw there isn't any lag in the game normally...

i disagree dude using the 6t is not spamming is only spamming if its all u do dude and not everyone spams i personality love the game

i must partly agree with you, most of the people use naruto, sasuke, chiyo, sasori, itachi or deidara, i personally was using itachi for some time, but i stopped as i was loosing too much with him, i agree that some characters are totally weak like those 4 you named, seriously, you can´t even use killer bee as support, cause his attack has so low reach

^^^exactly.....my main knock with this and most naruto games is that every character can use only 1 jutsu....really? just 1? it gets very repetitive and predictable they should allow like 4 in game and be able to switch out jutsu's mid fight...it makes for more interesting and unpredictable fight

What i have found to be a problem is when fighting against opponents who are close to losing...then all the sudden ridiculous lag...i'd bet my left nut to lag switching! and when they drop what irritates me is you dont get the win for the opponent dropping. The other one is the block/substitute jutsu spam...people just sitting there tapping on the block button...so dumb...i think the substitute jutsu should consume more chakra in order to discourage people from spamming the sub jutsu and encourage either more active hand to hand combat or jump back with ranged or support attacks. I also agree with the one technique limit...i liked the original NS on the PS3 where you could choose which jutsus you wanted...hopefully it will be something they consider for the next installment.

Bee as a support character cannot be used for cross screen attack...you gotta use him when ur opponent is on you or rushing at you.

if it's the lag on the game it should be the same as them so it is not impossible to win a game, my record is 13-2 and it takes over a second to register the move but if you can play you still should be fine.
