What is Ultimate Madara:
Imagine that Madara was revived while Obito was the Juubi's Jinchuriki (somehow someway, doesn't matter) and removed the Kyuubi from Naruto and sealed it away inside of himself, and then used outer path to take control of BM Killer Bee.
So, Current Madara but with the following
+ Has the Kyuubi inside of himself and has become a Perfect Jinchuriki to the same level as Naruto. Has Kyuubi Chakra Mode, Biju Mode, and since he has Hashirama's Sage Chakra at the moment and has entered Sage Mode: Sage Biju Mode.
+ All of Naruto's feats specific to these modes. Boost in speed, strength, chakra branching and what not
+ Has the Eight Tails completely at his disposal (Controlling it)

Location: Juubito vs Shinobi Alliance
Distance: 30 meters
Restrictions: None
