GT is just terrible. One must not make threads about DB GT. But to answer your question, ssj 4 wins. Ultimate gohan is only slightly stronger than a ssj 3. A ssj 4 is 10 times stronger than the ssj 3 form.

No? Nothing implies Ultimate Gohan can beat baby, especially when baby had the strongest ki goku had ever felt? Rildo was the level of 3 buus in base, goku toyed with him, both him ane uub raised above the levels of kid buu in base with the trainining easily. It's just barely even a fight.
