He is. ssj3 goku's official power level was 24 billion, while super buu who couldn't even damage gohan and was slightly weaker than ssj3 gotenks had a power level of 32 billion. In short super buu is far stronger than goku and kid buu.

It goes like this, Ultimate gohan>Janemba>=ssj3 Gotenks>super buu> ssj3 goku> kid buu

Before this gets out of hand, that pic is fan made. Power levels stopped being used after Frieza died. There is no mention of power levels from anyone because no one had scouters to read. How could those numbers exist if there was no way to record them. Not to mention, when Goku and Frieza were fighting, the fodder who were reading the battles said their power levels were "off the charts" How could power levels above SSJ Goku even be measured if they are off the scale that measures them.

The only way those power levels would be true is in Akira Toriama himself made them, which there is no article or anything saying he did.


OT: Pretty close fight. Id give it to Gohan before he transformed. Afterword I'm more inclined to give it to Janemba.
