Ultimate Edo Tensei

I was kinda wondering something lately.
8 gates is super super strong. We know Gai can use it, and apparently it is so strong that it could stop 5 bijuu bombs.

Gai was about to use it when those bijuus were making a bijuudama, but the only disadvantage is.. That you'll die after using it. So you could only use it once and basically sacrifice yourself.

But well, if you're an edo, you can't die right? lol, because you're already dead. Let's say someone who is capable of using the 8 gates, like Gai, and he dies and someone would revive him with Edo Tensei, woudn't he be pretty much unstoppable?!

Then Gai could probably use 8 gates all the time while fighting the enemies without dying. He would be super strong and super fast, and unstoppable, and he can't die so he can use it all the time.

So it's like an ultimate edo tensei, do you agree, or do you even think that it is impossible in some kind of way..?

Now given the fact that there is no evidence that says otherwise i do not see why it would not work.

On the other hand if i had to think of a reason why it might not work is the eight gates uses up the body itself as fuel.
And the soul is just attached to a sacrificial corpse.Is it possible to convert the already dead body which has been shown to look and act basically like paper really be converted as energy ?

It would seem stupid if it could not since the people were brought back with their unique abilities and can mold chakra which takes yin and yang.

So i would say yes.

I don't think edos can bleed so it might not even work.

It depends. I think because of Itachi's tech his eye was sealed (which is one of 2 ways to stop an edo) I think with the 8 inner gates the body is simply destroyed. in which case, it would just regenerate and the 8IG could just be used again and again. That's just speculation though. I have no idea if Itatchi's eye was sealed or destroyed so it only works in theory.

Still I would have to say yes. An edo Gai in 8th gate mode...I wonder if that'd be strong enough to take on Obito at all?

Deidara used his C0 attack, which is his ultimate explosive attack which uses his heart as a medium, and blows himself up, along with EVERYTHING else within a 10 mile radius. In edo tensei form, he used his C0 and regenerated. He could spam his ultimate attack. The same would apply for Gai.

He may not die, but he'll suffer the wounds. At that time, it's piece of cake to just seal him.

There's also the big gaping plot hole where Deidara didn't just launch himself into the enemies groups over and over suicide bombing with C0. Would've been game over for the war before it even started.

But the Eight Gate most likely puts strain on the body, and could possibly tear it apart if used for too long. Just look at the effect the 7th had on him. He'd have to spend time to regenerate at least every couple minutes or so.

And Edo's have infinite chakra, but they still have to recharge it. It basically works the same as chakra in the Naruto games.

A lot of people bring up deidera.not sure if its official but I read a statement by kishi and apparently he trolled deidara because he knew about the potential opness

Well you can if you want but my point is still valid.... you don't know in what way the 8 gates kills, what if the user can no longer mix and use chakara... all i am pointing out is that if there are ways to have body parts stop working in edo-tensi (like itachi's eye or the 4ths arm) then this maybe one of those cases.
