We can't see the picture like that, at least save it to you PC adn reupload it using Imgur or Postimage.

I just attempted to upload it to NB, I couldn't get it on successfully.

It isn't bad. Keep practicing and you will get even better.

It's a bit small I guess.

The optimal size is 150x200

Yeah, I tried to make it bigger, but the program I use is pretty stingy with cropping and resizing images. But thanks anyway.
