Lol Quincy vollstandig's are in german like Tatarforas (Fear of God) so lol Kamicake wouldn't work. Ukitake is a Soul Reaper

I know but I was just saying. Ukitate and Shunsui are hyped to be the strongest captains since the beginning of the series and also some of the oldest. This was Shunsui with Yamamoto 1000 years ago:

Since he and Ukitake grew up together its safe to say Ukitake was around during that time too so they are both at the very least 900-1000 years old. Still behind Yamamoto (at least 3000) and Unohana (at least 1500)

Interesting but no i am thinking Rangiku is part Quincy race she indeed survived the Hogyoku Experiment .
