Well, as we know, prior to the shinobi war arc, Killer bee is basically confirmed to be atleast top5 ninja alive...
He, was the first we've seen to control and cooperate with a biju, not only that... his base power was ridiculous, I speculate he is probably the third best "Base" shinobi following Minato and Hashi If not atleast top 7.
His taijutsu is amazing, his chakra control is amazing, and he has impressive ninjutsu. His battle IQ might seem questionable, However judging by his actual fight with all of Taka he seemed to have shown an excellent display in wits as he drew out enemies antics and collected recon and info on the opponents abilities as the fight went on. Same with his fight against Kisame.
Now, He is unaffected by Genjutsu.. his Lvl 2 tranformation is around the same speed as the raikage, but the main point I'm concerned about is the presence of Samehada... Wtf Kishi? The Samehada literally had the power to take a fodder shinobi and transform him into one of the most powerful ninjas in the naruto Universe.. Although the abilities of samehada is somewhat situational... I haven't seen much of any good use of the blade with Bee. With the samehada Nagato shouldn't have been a problem for Killer bee ..."Well That big of a problem" considering the presence of Naruto. (He lariats Nagato rather than cutting him with samehada..wtf?)
Interestingly enough... Killer bee can take a sword and wield it like its nothing...His base stance had 8 swords..seriously? So He should be able to wield that blade way better than Kisame was able to, although it isn't confirmed that he could fuse with the blade. The samehada is a freaking purse right now, as a matter of fact why doesn't bee stay in lV2 while wielding the samehada then revert to full transformation when ultimately necessary.
That would have been extremely more useful in fighting Obito and madara.
But yeah, I think we could have seen more from Killer bee post Samehada. I mean.. He bodied the Raikage, Bodied Taka, and Almost caught that double K.O. against minato..I mean C'mon lol.
