Disney owns the rights to the Naruto series. And want Kishi to extend the manga for as long as possible . Making these breaks mandatory. I just want to get it over with. Anticipation sucks.

I don't think Disney owns the rights to the Naruto series they were airing Shippuden for a while but that was just a deal they reached with Viz..

Let's get this straight. Viz Media owns the rights to Naruto. Viz Media is currently under contract with Disney so that Disney can air Naruto Shippuden episodes on Disney XD. Cartoon Network no longer owns the rights to show Naruto.
