Tsunade is killed from being in the presence of such greatness. Tobirama has three techniques and almost no feats. He can use Edo Tensei, but I don't know if he had time to prepare, who he would summon etc. The onyl problem for the Uchiha's is Hashirama. Even though it's him alone, he will be a lot of trouble.
