Ka isn't unbeatable, If you know about it and have knowledge on the user.

We can't really know what happened concretly at that moment. Maybe he used a genjutsu on Mifune even before the meeting has started, who knows? If no eye contact wasn't needed, he wouldn't have remove his bandage in his fight against Sasuke to fight him. He could have use it discretly so that the opponent doesn't figure it out, but he didn't. I think he needs eye contact for that.

Don't also forget that Ao was able to fight Shisui and his genjutsus. How did he do that then?

Who said shishui ever used it on him? he fought shishui, and he knows about shishui's genjutsu... but everyone does... Ao never stated shishui used the genjutsu on him.... If mifune was being controlled before, ao would have realized.. he realized after danzo used it... which was in the meeting
